This privacy policy covers this website, guestjourney.ai. It is short because the website does little with your data.

Who we are

This website is run by The Journey Collective LTD. Questions about your data: email alon@guestjourney.ai.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the form "Want to try it at your hotel?": your email address. With it we store the language of the page, the page you were on, the country your request came from and your browser type, so we know how to reply.

Why, and for how long

To contact you about a trial for your hotel. We keep your email address as long as that conversation needs it, and delete it when you ask us to.

Where it is kept

The website runs on Cloudflare. Form entries are stored in Cloudflare's storage. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The only thing it keeps in your browser is the language you chose, in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in that language next time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one business day. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

The helpers themselves

Once your hotel uses the helpers, they process data for you, for example the Google reviews Marco answers and the questions guests ask Sam. That is set out in our agreement with you, not in this statement.
