How we compare
An honest comparison, including where we lose.
Nobody buys software because of a comparison table. You buy it because the alternatives cost more, in money or in evenings. So here is our comparison with the three real ones, including where we lose.

Against ChatGPT on its own
ChatGPT can write a good reply. It cannot see that a review came in, it does not know how your hotel talks unless you tell it every time, and it cannot post anything to Google or change your website. So you are still the one checking, pasting and remembering. That is the part that stops happening by week three, and it is the whole job.
Against hiring someone
A person is better than us at nearly everything on this list, and can also answer your reviews on Booking.com and Tripadvisor, which we cannot. A person also costs two thousand euro a month and up, is not there at eleven at night, and for one hotel the work is too small to fill a job.
Against doing nothing
Doing nothing is free, and it is what most hotels pick. The cost is invisible: reviews nobody answered, a Google profile that looks forgotten, a website with last season's times, and a guest who booked the hotel down the street because its page looked cared for. You never see the guest you lost.
Try it against your own alternative.
